Solution to the Haddadi Fitnah – A call for serious discussion

Being from India and ahlul-hadeeth, I and others like me have been on the receiving end of the haddadis for years. The contempt and hatred that we witness towards us from some of out brothers in the UK, who affiliate with the haddadi maktabas, is extremely painful. To add insult to injury many of them hardly know anything about the dawah in the indo-pak region and yet they are somehow extremely sure that I and thousands others – lock, stock and barrel, are all innovators.

And proving me a hizbi is easy. All they have to do is throw a few names at me and ask me to testify of their soundness or their corruption – and if I show hesitation that is all the proof needed on my being hizbi.

Painful as this is, I have always found solace in the idea that these actions are that of ignorant people who most probably misunderstood what their scholars taught them and began to somehow misapply what they learnt. But as I have come to realize over the year is that there is a specific group of scholars who have this extreme way of dealing with salafis / ahlulhadeeth when they disagree with them on some matters.

And as I have also learnt that this extreme few is bourn by a few, while all the major ulama do not share this extremism and oppose it.

If you evaluate all the objections that have been brought up against the ahle-hadeeth, you will find in them a lot of misinformation and exaggeration. I have myself researched a few matters to find that the reality is not all black and white as was being presented.

Also those brothers who are from India and have spoken against the ahle-hadeeth have not shown justice in expressing what they witness as mistakes of the ahle-hadeeth; they have simply played along with the misconceptions of those who are ill-informed of the situation in Indo-pak.

Anyone from India knows that the jamiayat is not one unified body and every jamiyat differs in its correctness or mistakes, one cannot overlook this and generalize the mistake of few people to include every ahlul-hadith organization and henceforth every ahlul-hadith who does not willingly participating in vilifying the existing system.

Inadequate Solutions
I have tried explaining to many brothers of the reality of the issues, but found it very difficult to communicate with them. Primarily, because every scholars they bring as evidence is someone whose statement cannot be rejected, while the ones I mention are all lowly despicable innovators.

With the exception of shah badie I do not think they consider Indo-Pak to have any scholars. And of course sheikh wasiullah abbas because of his proximity to sheikh rabee, but with the criteria set forth by the haddadis, sheikh wasiullah abbas can very easily be considered non-salafi.

So how do you counter the fitnah that unnecessarily poisons people's minds and diverts they energies and abilities.

I would really like the brothers who are well acquainted by the situation in Indo-Pak to come forward with their suggestions.

I have heard what the students of yahya hajoori have said in India, and I think this is the time to have a serious discussions on this issues.

Awaiting your response

Jazaak Allahkhair brother for your post

your experiences has been shared by many others. I know the joy and encouragement I felt when I first started coming online and saw the many salafi sites on the net, but was later put off by the prejudice and wrong idea the haddadis have for the ahlulhadith.

basically, they don’t have any respect for us and see us a misguided individuals blindly following the jamiat, when the fact is that most of us don’t know much about any organization. what we know of being ahlulhadeeth is not to take the word of anyone above that of Allah and His Messenger

you have hit the nail on the head. i faced this the most when this group was speaking really ill of allama ehsaan ilaahi zaheer (rahimahullah) and you know, that allama has great respect from all the ahlulhadeeth in the sub-continent because of his bold stances against the ahlul-bidah and his charismatic personality which helped keep up the spirits of the ahlulhadeeth while the dawah was weak. and despite this no one does taqleed of him and if someone is shown a mistake, he would never say he does so because allama did so.

so this indeed an excellent thread, and I sincerely hope some good suggestions come out of it. I too have heard what the Yemenis said and I think an open and clear discussion is warranted

What you are and have witnessed over the past 10years with regards to the people carrying the Da’wah in the west is the fruits of being born and bred in dar ul kufr. The haddadi methodology in the west is like the western media they raise someone as a super celebrity one week and then they are slandered and disgraced the following week and someone else takes their place. This is exactly the way these haddadis work one week an unknown is a Kibar the next week the Kibar is an unknown, whatever sells the papers or makes sensational headlines. The whole Da’wah has been nothing to do with correction or propagation it’s been about headlines and sensationalism. One must take the western psyche into account it can’t be that we live in the west and we’re safe from their vices.
The haddadis have been brought up on the tabloid media, they have loyalty to no one queen and country all is fair game, likewise for the haddadis saaghir to Kibar all is fair game. Personally I can’t see them changing, like the ones before them went down fighting rather than accepting their mistakes and repenting graciously for the sake of Allah and his Deen.

These are the 21st century MUJAHADDADIS fighting a JIHADDAD against the people of Qur'an and Sunna.

Once again Waheed Alam smell the coffee “PRAA GAL BUJJI KIN!”
