First in the tape provided, shaykh Muqbil took Shaykh Ibn Utheymeen out of the Sunnah, so people should be humble when they present Shaykh Muqbil's fatwa on Dr Suhayb Hassan or the one told by Ibn baz to be Sahbi Al Fadheelah A AbdekHaliq.

Now people said Shaykh Muqbil changed his view before dying when he came to Saudia, and had good opinion of ibn Utheymeen, but anyway it just shows that big scholars like shaykh Muqbil can have Zalat and big mistakes.

Secondly, if people quote Shaykh Muqbil or Shaykh Badi'udeen, then these people are lovers of the Sunnah, and their positions on Jihad is well knwn so one cannot suspect them to favor Kufar.

Shaykh Muqbil gave a fatwa to some of his students about jihad in indonesia against christians at a time, also about Jihad in erythree at a time.

Ibn Utheymeen's fatawa on Checheniya are known.

And also of Shaykh Rabee on Afghanistan...
