ARABIC TEXT OF THE FATWA


بســــم الله الرحمن الرحيم

عليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته وبعد.....

إعلم أني لا أجيز التعاون مع إي جماعة سياسية أو حزبيه مثل ندوة المجاهدين بكيرلا بل أحذر منها لأنه ثبت عندي أنها ليست على السنة ومن الجماعات السياسية التي لا أرى التعاون معها ولا الانضواء تحتها جماعة أهل الحديث في برمنجهام ببريطانيا التي من رؤوسها عبد الهادي ألعُمري وجمعية الإرشاد في إندونيسيا التي أسسها أحمد السركتي.

2- ذكرت في تلك الفتوى وغيرها بالطرق النظامية وهذا يعني موافقة جهات الاختصاص في الدولة.

3- وأزيد هنا أن يقوم على تلك الجماعة أخيار فضلاء على المنهج السلفي الحق وان يكونوا مزكين من علماء مشهود لهم بصحة المنهج.

4- وايضاحا لما سبق وقطعاً للجاج اقول ليس مرادي جماعة يكون لها الامر والنهي وان ينضوي تحت لوائها من شاء من الناس وانما مرادي جماعة تدرس الاحكام الشرعية من الكتاب والسنة وعلى فهم السلف الصالح وبعيدة عن السياسة فهي بمثابة مركز يتبعة مدارس يتعلم فيها لمسلمون احكام الله على ما وصفنا وقيدنا ولا غرابة ان تحرف ندوة المجاهدين كلامي لانها جماعة سياسيه.

If one reads the arabic fatwa and the english translation there are bit added that are not in the arabic! is this shaikh ubaids word or manupilation of his words to suit the hidden agenda of the liars...... do they not fear allah? Do they have no shame before allah? have they consulated shaikh ubaid about this translation? are they doing the same thing that they did to the words of shaikh ar raddadi?

ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF THE FATWA


Bismillahi Rahmani Raheem

Alaikomussalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu... to proceed,

Know that I don’t see it is permissible to cooperate with any of hizbee or siyasee groups like Kerala Nadwathul Mujahideen. Instead, I have given warning against them, because it has been established with me that this group is not upon Sunnah. Likewise, Jamiyyatu Ahlil Hadeeth of Birmingham in Britain headed by Abdul Hadi al-Omri and others, and Jamiyyathul Irshad of Indonesia which was founded by Ahmed assarkati are among the Siyasee groups that I deem not permissible to join or cooperate with them.

In that Fatwa and others I mentioned ‘by the systematic ways’ and it means approval of the concerned Authorities of that country.

Moreover I wish to add here that such Jama'a should be maintained by righteous and noble persons upon the true way of the pious predecessors. Their credibility must be pronounced (tazkiyah) by Scholars in terms of the veracity of Manhaj.

To clarify the aforesaid and to end the dispute let me say that I didn’t mean a group that keeps authority to order and prohibit and whoever wishes amongst the people can gather under its banner. My intention is only a Jama'a which teaches the rulings of Sharia from Quran and Sunnah upon the understanding of the pious predecessors, and that keep distance itself very far from politics. Then it will have same function as a centre only and some institutions will come under it in which Muslims can learn the Regulations (Ahkaam) of Allah and this will be in accordance with what I described and stipulated. It is not strange that Nadwathul Mujahideen distorted the sense of my words because it is a Siyasee group.

Well it looks like they (SP) have finally got what they wanted.

Yes that's right now they have got Skh Ubaid on the " he's a hizbee tip".

When Farlee fell they went to Skh Rabee, then he saw their Baatil, now they move to prey on Skh Ubaid to help them with their agenda.

My brother, may Allaah bless you, there is a slight mistake in your post, the second part that you highlighted in red and claimed it was not in the arabic, my brother, may Allaah bless you, it was in the arabic:

It is at the beginning of the quote in the arabic, but at the end in the english, due to translation. As for the other addition, it seems that is an incorrect addition from the individual, may Allaah guide him and them. I mention this due to the saying of Allaah subhaana:

<And do not let your hatred of a people be unjust towards them, be just, it is closer to At-Taqwa>

Subhanallaah, I don't know what all those numbers are, I tried to copy and paste the arabic quote there, anyway you know what I was referring to inshaa'Allaah.
